Mistakes on this end are replaced free of charge. You may be asked to return all or a portion of your order
(at my expense). If the error is yours or you are not happy with the quality I will work with you in any way I can. I have never had a complaint about quality (or anything else yet and hope never to). If quality is ever an issue the factory will replace or refund but this at their sole discretion. They are very fair though. I too will work with you to see that you are satisfied.
